- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand our real estate portfolio.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
