  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies that will give our projects a competitive edge.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, investors, and partners to promote our real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand our real estate portfolio.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall business development effectiveness.
